THE MEETING
How do you create a film that captures real business perspectives and holds the viewer’s attention without becoming long-winded?
When ICC Sweden brought together voices from across the business world for this year’s conference, the goal was clear: to spark a conversation that matters. Together with ICC, we produced an opening film on sustainability, leadership and the challenges shaping the future of business. A film designed to set the tone for the day, encourage reflection and highlight why collaboration is more important than ever.
Four people with different perspectives meet: a CEO, a Head of Sustainability, a General Counsel and a Logistics Manager. Each brings insights from their everyday reality, while also sharing common challenges. Trade tensions, increasing EU regulations and the need for standardized solutions in a rapidly shifting landscape. The conversation moves between problems and possibilities, with ICC’s role as a driver, opinion-shaper and hands-on advisor clearly coming through. It’s about providing the tools businesses need to think long-term, even when the rules keep changing.
We managed the entire production process, from script development and casting to set design, filming and post-production. To keep the conversation natural and alive, we worked with a stripped-back aesthetic, warm tones and subtle camera movement. Natural light, understated sound design and a cohesive wardrobe created a professional but grounded atmosphere that supported rather than distracted from the content.
The result was an opening film where pace, tone and message came together in balance.
