The Voyado Effect
Voyado, a CRM platform for a large retail company, is growing strongly. As a lead in their successful journey, the next step was to expand to another market: England. To do so, Voyado wanted to develop a film campaign to arouse interest in Voyado, with the hope that it would result in new customers reaching out to Voyado’s salespeople.
Voyado had a clear picture of the challenges among their customers. Unorganized data was one of them. Customers having data in different platforms is difficult, if not impossible, to get an overview of. This also makes it hard to create segments and understand how different types of clients with different demographic characteristics behave and interact with the company. Getting these customers to start using Voyado would make a huge difference and improvement within their respective companies.
Another issue among Voyado’s customers was the ability to work personally with clients. Working manually, it is difficult to write emails, make advertisements, text, and create personalized pages for different customers. In these situations, where it’s also difficult to address each unique customer’s needs, you often work with mass marketing. In other words, you’re not communicating in the most effective way.
Voyado definitely knew how their offer could be of value to their customers. Now our mission was to create a film showing this value with the same clarity and encouraging approach.
The idea was to show the journey of a retailer using another CXP-platform before changing to Voyado. From one angle in the film we portray an employee going through some of the trouble mentioned above. A voiceover guides us through situations familiar to a retailer, showing a transformation in colorful and imaginative images as another person starts using Voyado while the voiceover tells us about the benefits of the platform. In the meantime, things start to fall into place for our main character. That’s the Voyado Effect.
The use of a happy acoustic song throughout the film, combined with a voiceover and sound effects, create a warm and lighthearted touch on the film.
As a short version we portray “The Voyado Effect” as following: “With Voyado” We see a conscious IT guy. “Without Voyado” We see a skeleton of an IT guy.
Portraying the broad and various features that Voyado brings to a business in a fun way, without losing the message, was a great mission and a fun project to be a part of. Hopefully we show a colorful platform easy to navigate and understand, where the viewer finds the obvious solution to implement in their business – Voyado.
